Minutes of the meeting of Wrangle Parish Council held on Tuesday 01 November 2022 at 7.30pm in the Parish Hall
1. Apologies for absence
Apologies: Apologies were received from Cllr Seymour
Present: Cllrs Pickett, Wrisdale, Edwards, Featherstone, Law, Bowles and Danby (Chairman)
2. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies
a. Borough Cllr Picket had nothing to report
b. County Councillor Skinner was not present
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
There were no declarations of interest
4. Notes of the meeting held on 04 October 2022 to be signed as the minutes
The notes, previously circulated, were approved and signed as the minutes.
5. Clerk’s report
The Clerk had nothing to report, all items are on the agenda.
6. To receive report from the chairman
The plaque for the village sign will be fitted tomorrow.

8. Draft budget for the year ended 31 March 2024
a. All Councillors have been sent a copy of the draft budget.
b. Following discussion it was suggested that the precept should remain the same as last year.
c. The budget will be approved at the December meeting.
7.50pm County Cllr Skinner arrived at the meeting
9. Recreation field
a. There have been no issues reported regarding parking for the football issues at the recreation field.
b. The dyke needs to be cut and cleared.
10. To report any highway matters
a. Streetlights
There were no street lights reported for repair
b. Any other matter
There is a ‘crack’ in the centre of Gateroom Lane, the road has dropped 4 – 5 inches.
7.55pm Cllr Ashton arrived at the meeting
11. Planning applications received
The Parish Council supported the following planning applications:
B/22/0399 - Mr Marston - Siting of timber clad two bedroom lodge with decking and hot tub at Mill Farm, Wrangle Bank
12. Planning decisions received from Boston Borough Council
There were no planning decisions for this meeting
13. Correspondence received not covered on the agenda
A brochure was made available for Councillors
14. Any other business – matters for next agenda
a. The dyke at the recreation field
b. Transfer money from map account to Jubilee account
c. Cllr Bowles outlined the latest suggestions of the Greater Lincolnshire Nature Partnership.
15. Date and time of next meeting
The next Parish Council meeting will be held in the Parish Hall on 06 December 2022 at 7.30pm with a Public Forum from 7.15pm
