You are hereby summoned to attend the first meeting of the Recreation Field Committee of Wrangle Parish Council, which will be held on Tuesday 25th August commencing at 7:00 pm at Wrangle Parish Hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. If you are unable to attend, please notify me of your apologies.

There will be a Public Forum commencing at 7:00 pm, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Recreation Field Committee.

Following the closure of the Public Forum, the Recreation Field Committee meeting will commence. The Committee will then consider the business set out in the agenda.

1. To receive and accept apologies and approve reasons for absence
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations
3. To note the Terms of Reference and confirm reporting arrangements to Full Council.
4. To consider the installation of replacement picnic benches
5. To receive the electrical testing report for the pavilion and toilet block and consider any remedial works and costs.
6. To consider the replacement of the damaged pavilion door and associated costs.
7. To review the annual play area inspection report and consider any necessary repairs.
8. To consider works required to the dyke alongside Mel Marshall Way and the Recreation Field.
9. To consider any other repairs or maintenance required to the Recreation Field and associated facilities.
10. To consider quotations for additional play equipment and make recommendations to Full Council where appropriate.
11. Correspondence received, not covered on the agenda.
12. Matters for the next agenda.
13. To agree the date of the next meeting of the Recreation Field Committee.
