You are hereby summoned to attend the first meeting of the Recreation Field Committee of Wrangle Parish Council, which will be held on Tuesday 20th October commencing at 7:00 pm at Wrangle Parish Hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. If you are unable to attend, please notify me of your apologies.

There will be a Public Forum commencing at 7:00 pm, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Recreation Field Committee.

Following the closure of the Public Forum, the Recreation Field Committee meeting will commence. The Committee will then consider the business set out in the agenda.

AGENDA

1. To receive and accept apologies and approve reasons for absence
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations
3. To receive an update on the replacement meter box cover at the pavilion
4. To receive an update on the replacement pavilion door.
5. To consider works required to the dyke alongside Mel Marshall Way and the Recreation Field.
6. To consider repairs and maintenance to the play area, Recreation Field, Pavillion, Toilet Block and associated facilities.
7. To consider quotations for additional play equipment and make recommendations to Full Council where appropriate.
8. To receive an update on the CCTV installation at the Recreation Field.
9. To review arrangements for Recreation Field users, including the football club, and consider Memorandums of Understanding or other user agreements.
10. Correspondence received, not covered on the agenda.
11. Matters for the next agenda.
12. To agree the date of the next meeting of the Recreation Field Committee.
